Update 15/07: Nintendo has revealed even more information around its Nintendo Live Sydney 2024 event, after recently drawing and ing all of the lucky folks to score an invite to the exclusive event. 4j6t1p
Per an email sent out to ticket holders, and an information page on the official website, Nintendo is asking attendees to for a “Warp Pipe ” which will dictate when they arrive on the day to ensure a smooth entry process. Essentially, it’s planning to stagger arrivals based on three intervals each day, and as of July 18th at 9AM AEST you’ll be able to reserve your entry time out of the below:
It’s worth noting that there won’t be any restriction on how long you’ll be able to stay once you’ve checked in, but you’ll need to rock up between the allotted hours you’ve ed for on whichever day your ticket applies to.
Aside from entry information, the official page also has some more details on what everyone can expect from the Nintendo Live Sydney 2024 event, including a gameplay tournament dubbed Mario Dojo, “Experience Zones” based on different Nintendo franchises, mascots and sculpture installations and more. Update 01/07: With registrations having closed over the weekend, it looks like Nintendo has now emailed all entrants who signed up for a chance to attend Nintendo Live Sydney 2024 to let them know if they were successful in securing a ticket.
You will have gotten an email whether or not you got in, so make sure to look for a message from “Nintendo Events” and check your spam/junk folders if you don’t see anything. Successful tickets come with QR codes and links to add the tickets to your mobile wallets, and if you entered with multiple people you’ll get the one email with everyone’s ticket inside.

Nintendo Live Sydney will be held at the International Convention Centre Sydney on Saturday August 31st and Sunday September 1st from 10:00am to 6:00pm AEST each day, with free single-day tickets going out as a raffle to Nintendo holders. Registration will open on June 17th and then close on June 30th, with entrants randomly selected to receive a to the event.
