Nintendo has taken to the Nintendo Today app to reveal that Nintendo 64 games on Nintendo Switch 2 will have new features, and a new feature is also coming to the OG Switch as well. 1hv5g
Those playing Nintendo 64 games on the Nintendo Switch 2 will be able to rewind games so if you make a wrong turn in Mario Kart or a wrong shot in Mario Golf, you’ll be able to rewind the game back to an earlier state.
For those that love a classic CRT look, you’ll be able to also turn on a CRT filter which is once again exclusively to the Nintendo Switch 2.
Both Nintendo Switch 1 and Nintendo Switch 2 s will now be able to customise controls for Nintendo 64 games on Nintendo Switch Online as well. All of these new features will be available at launch.
