Nintendo has announced a new Splatoon game on the Nintendo Today app. It’s called Splatoon Raiders and it’s coming to Nintendo Switch 2 and appears to be a spin-off from the main game, but not a heap of other information was announced so far.
You’ll play as a mechanic and go on an adventure alongside deep cuts and it seems like it’ll be a single-player game. No release window was given, but hopefully it’s not too long before we hear more information about it.
SPLATOON 3 VERSION10.0.0 AND NINTENDO SWITCH 2
Splatoon 3 V10.0.0 was also announced and will be releasing on both the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 on June 12th with 30 new kits, weapon freshness caps raised, new in-game badges, new weapon based skill values, Urchin Under from the original game and a free update for Nintendo Switch 2 with a resolution and frame rate bump.
At the time of writing, all of this information is available in a six minute trailer exclusively on the Nintendo Today app which can’t be screenshotted or captured in any way, so we’ll have more for you as soon as it’s available elsewhere.
