IO Interactive has confirmed that it’s Bond game is called 007 First Light, and in addition to revealing the first piece of key art, it’s also confirmed that the game will be revealed later this week.
A reveal location hasn’t yet been set for the game, but we’d predict that it will be at Summer Games Fest on Saturday morning (full list of Aussie times here).
We don’t know a lot about the game and whether it’ll follow a similar open level style to the recent Hitman games from IO, or whether it’ll be more linear and story driven like other Bond games, but the team is promising the below for this week:
“The game reveal will give a world premiere look at 007 First Light, featuring never-before-seen footage, and start a new era for James Bond in video games”.
